The Democratic Party of Orange has taken the following positions on the State
Propositions:

State Proposition 13: YES on
LIMITS ON PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT. SEISMIC RETROFITTING OF EXISTING
BUILDINGS. LEGISLATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

State Proposition 14: NO
on ELECTIONS. PRIMARIES.

State Proposition 15 : YES
on CALIFORNIA FAIR ELECTIONS ACT

State Proposition 16: NO on IMPOSES NEW TWO-THIRDS
VOTER APPROVAL REQUIREMENT FOR LOCAL PUBLIC ELECTRICITY PROVIDERS.
INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

State Proposition 17: NO on ALLOWS AUTO INSURANCE
COMPANIES TO BASE THEIR PRICES IN PART ON A DRIVER’S HISTORY OF INSURANCE
COVERAGE. INITIATIVE STATUTE.
